Experienced Founder with a demonstrated history of working in the professional development field for more than 10 years, firmly  interested in project design and implementation, knowledge management and sustainability. Skilled in Negotiation, NGO Management, Business Planning and Team Building with experience in Training and Consultancy.

OUR PROGRAMME DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

Stage 1: Training Needs Established

We engage with the client to establish client’s training needs, followed by
conducting staff skills survey.

Stage 2: Setting training objectives based on the identified needs

The workplace is ever evolving; diverse, multinational, multigenerational and hence organisations need to respond quickly and effectively to changing needs. Each organisation is unique, therefore Career Coaching training programs are tailor made

Stage 3: Training Delivery

We use lectures, group discussions, case studies, question and answer sessions, video and role plays as teaching methods. Powerpoint presentations are also used in addition to flipcharts and handouts

Stage 4: Monitoring and Evaluation

Career Coaching conducts pre and post training evaluations in order to monitor change compared to set objectives. We receive feedback from training participants and client regarding the training. The feedback is analysed and we respond accordingly. The client also assesses the value of the training based on the outcome of the productivity levels of participants, sales and services delivered after the training

Stage 5: Post Training Support

Career Coaching provides post-training support in the form of telephone calls, e-mail and site visits to clients to check if they need advice, support or further training to ensure sustainable high productivity levels
